Using the stand
By using ClefSlip you agree to these terms. ClefSlip helps one musician keep today's theory slip clipped under the clef, run drills, check intervals by ear, pin misses, and Accept a coach draft that rewrites tomorrow's slip. You use it on your own iPhone; this build has no ClefSlip account.
Your practice content and judgment
You confirm you have the right to photograph or import the practice worksheets and staff stills you add. Review every Accept before a drafted PracticeSlip locks and writes tomorrow. Nested-coach drafts can misread a worksheet still, mis-pin a miss, or mis-label an interval — treat them as practice proposals, not graded exam results or professional ear training certificates. Do not use ClefSlip to upload unlawful content or to harass anyone.
What ClefSlip is not
ClefSlip competes on the same personal job as a clipped daily theory slip plus ear-check coach. It is not a full DAW, not an accompaniment / backing-track generator, not a multi-user studio SaaS, and not a promise that every hummed interval will be judged perfectly.
Optional cloud coaching
DeepSeek coaching turns run only after you Allow DeepSeek sharing. Declining keeps local slip / drill / miss-ledger CRUD. Cloud processing follows the Clipped-Slip Privacy page.
Tracking and purchases on this tip
This tip does not request App Tracking Transparency and does not ship Adjust or Firebase Analytics. This tip has no In-App Purchases, subscriptions, or Restore flow.
Intellectual property
ClefSlip name, brass-clip chrome, and related marks belong to their owners. Slips, drills, miss ink, and worksheet stills you create remain yours, subject to the limited processing you authorize when you Allow a DeepSeek coaching turn and to any third-party rights in worksheets you photograph.

We are not liable for a wrong ear-check label, a missed pin you did not confirm, or local data lost after you delete the app. These terms do not create a warranty of fitness for graded exams, conservatory credit, or clinical hearing use.
